All cancellation, transfer and refund requests must be submitted in writing to lucas@catalystmediapartners.com. Event specific order forms may contain different terms and will control where they differ from this general policy.

Event services

• Requests received within 30 calendar days after payment may be eligible for a refund less a 15 percent administrative fee, provided the purchase was made more than 60 days before the scheduled event and fulfillment has not materially begun.
• A transfer of eligible exhibit, sponsorship, advertising, registration or media-service value to another available Catalyst event requested within the same 30-day period may be approved without a transfer fee.
• Purchases made within 60 days of an event start date, completed registrations, delivered advertising or media services, and sponsorship benefits already provided are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the written order states otherwise.

Event cancellation or rescheduling

If Catalyst cancels an event and does not reschedule it, the purchaser will receive a refund or credit for undelivered Catalyst services, subject to the controlling order form and force majeure provisions. If an event is rescheduled, the order will transfer to the new date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when available. Processing time depends on the payment network and issuing bank.

Catalyst provides exhibit booth space and event-related sponsorship, advertising, registration and media services. No physical retail goods are sold or shipped through this website.

• Exhibit space is fulfilled through written space confirmation, floor-plan assignment and exhibitor onboarding for the named event.
• Sponsorship, advertising and media services are fulfilled through the placements, recognition, content or distribution deliverables stated in the applicable order.
• Registration is fulfilled through electronic confirmation, credential issuance or on-site check-in access for the named event.
• Customer-supplied content, artwork and approvals must be delivered by stated deadlines. Missed deadlines can reduce or prevent fulfillment without creating a refund right.

Business scope: Catalyst does not sell, manufacture, distribute, broker, facilitate or participate in any sales or revenue from cannabis, hemp, THC, CBD, nicotine, controlled substances or other regulated product inventory; Catalyst revenue is limited to trade-show exhibit space and related sponsorship, advertising, registration and media services.

Any third-party venue, freight, electrical, internet, labor, hotel or travel services are separate unless expressly included in the Catalyst order.

Catalyst Media Partners Inc collects information that customers and prospects provide, including name, organization, title, email address, phone number, billing details, event selections and communications. We may also collect standard website information such as device type, browser, referring page and basic usage data.

How information is used

• To respond to inquiries and provide requested proposals, orders and event services.
• To process transactions, prevent fraud and maintain accounting records.
• To administer booth assignments, sponsorships, advertising, registrations, media deliverables, credentials and customer support.
• To send operational notices and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications.

Service providers and payment data

Catalyst may share information with contracted payment processors, event management platforms, venues, service contractors, email providers and professional advisers when needed to fulfill services or comply with law. Full card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Catalyst.

Data choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or opt out of nonessential marketing, by emailing lucas@catalystmediapartners.com. Catalyst does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

This website is operated by Catalyst Media Partners Inc, doing business as Catalyst Events. Use of the website does not reserve inventory or create a binding order. An order becomes binding when accepted in writing by Catalyst or completed through an authorized checkout tied to a specific offer.

• Pricing: Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, venue charges and third party services may be additional when identified before purchase.
• Eligibility and compliance: Customers must comply with venue rules, exhibitor requirements and all applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Intellectual property: Catalyst and event brand names, logos and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Customer use is limited to the permissions in the applicable order.
• Force majeure: Performance may be delayed or modified by circumstances outside reasonable control, including venue closure, government action, labor interruption, transportation disruption, severe weather, public health events or similar causes.
• Governing law: Unless a written order states otherwise, transactions are governed by Washington law, with venue in Snohomish County, Washington.

Authorized online card payments are completed through a secure, encrypted, processor hosted checkout. Catalyst does not request full card numbers by email and does not store complete card credentials.
